We are Sujee and Nigel, a husband and wife team united by a shared passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding and inner calm. Through our work at Brilliant Minds Wellness, we support individuals who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future by helping them explore the deeper connection between their thoughts, emotions, and the results they are experiencing in their lives.

Very often, stress, anxiety, or recurring difficulties in areas such as relationships, work, health, or personal direction are linked to patterns of thinking and beliefs that operate quietly in the background. Our work is to help bring awareness to these patterns and to gently guide clients toward healthier, more constructive ways of responding to life’s pressures.

Rather than simply addressing symptoms, we focus on helping people understand how the mind responds to stress, emotion, and change. Through awareness, reflection, and practical tools, clients learn how to shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop a more balanced and empowered way of approaching life.

Our aim is always to provide a calm, compassionate space where people can reconnect with their own inner clarity and create positive, sustainable change.

Your First Conversation with Us - At Brilliant Minds Wellness, every journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery conversation. This confidential call gives us the opportunity to understand the challenges or questions you may be facing and to explore how our approach might support you.

It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to achieve, and gain a sense of how we work. Just as importantly, it allows both sides to see whether there is a natural sense of trust and connection. In our experience, meaningful works best when there is a genuine alignment and comfort in working together.

For this reason, we approach each new client relationship with care and intention. We believe that authenticity, clear boundaries, and integrity are the foundations of any successful coaching partnership. The discovery call helps ensure that the relationship begins in exactly that spirit — open, respectful, and focused on creating the best possible outcomes.

Why Corporate Wellness Matters

Modern workplaces are under increasing pressure. Fast-paced environments, constant connectivity, and high expectations mean many employees are experiencing elevated levels of stress and anxiety. In today’s busy and hectic world we are constantly challenged and increasingly put under strain by the demands and pressures of modern life, be it work, society and or just a busy and hectic family life.

Science is increasingly showing us how the impact of the external can have effect on the internal,  leading to malfunction and breakdown in our bodies eco-systems, this in turn can create feelings of  ‘un-ease’ and in the worst case manifest ‘dis-ease’. In addition, we can often feel that we have somehow ‘gone off track’ and or a feeling that what we are doing is not resonating anymore and there must be more to life.

Reconnective Healing is a powerful form of energy healing, that accesses and interacts with a spectrum of energy light and information. When we access this bandwidth of vibration and frequencies tangible change is experienced.

Indeed, various scientific studies, see thereconnection.com, have taken place in last several years that support that in addition to physical ailments, Reconnective Healing can also help with a range of emotional, mental and general well-being issues.

While facilitating a session, we use a non evasive and hands free process to connect clients with such universal healing energies. This process brings about a return to balance and wholeness in the client. 

We recommend 3 sessions, which last 45 minutes, including introduction and debrief.

Biowell

Seeing stress, balance, and wellbeing more clearly

Incredibly transformative, BioWell sessions use non-invasive biofeedback technology to provide insights into stress patterns, energy balance, and overall wellbeing in the body. The session offers not only a visual snapshot but a detailed 20+ page report that can help you better understand how your nervous system is responding to daily pressures and life demands and repeated negative thought patterns. We support our clients and equip them with tools and techniques to transform their lives, by building healthier and happier outcomes.

Our thoughts become things. We are creative beings.  Our thoughts have energy and when those thought forms are negative and sustained over a period of time they can begin to impact and have a negative effect on our bodies, which can lead to breakdown in function of the body (dis-ease).

To support us in evaluating the effects of our clients thought forms we use cutting edge bio-feedback technology as a key part of our face to face consultations. This technology is called Bio-Well which was developed by world renown scientist Dr Konstantin Korotkov. BioWell allows us to identify and measure the energy patterns in the body, organs, chakras and biorythms, which are impacted by the challenges and problems that everyday life presents. 

BioWell can therefore be considered an early warning system as it shows us through a detailed 23 page analysis and report where energy patterns from thought forms are beginning to emerge in the physical body that may have the potential to manifest into a physical condition. Therefore it can be very helpful to identify issues and take remedial action.

How do we use Biowell in sessions?

In this respect, we use a five stage remedial approach: 

  • Through a process of discussion and consultation we work with clients to firstly understand the issue or challenge that hey are dealing with in the personal or professional lives. 

  • Using Bio-Well, we scan the clients energy, to assess the current status and impact that the presenting issue/problem is having on them energetically.

  • Negative thought forms originate from a core belief or cellular memory of an event, so using the results of the scan, we work with the client to pinpoint the root cause or cellular memory of the event or events that are showing up and presenting on the scan. 

  • We then use a range of transformation techniques, to facilitate a positive change in the underlying thought pattern and resultant energy pattern identified by the scan. For example, Mind Shift Coaching, Psychotherapy and or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

  • Finally, we provide clients with advice, tools and awareness to sustain the changes for the long term. These changes are evidenced by further Bio-Well scans which show the tangible positive impact of transformation techniques.

We curate bespoke retreats in Sri Lanka (our home) for local and international guests seeking peace, clarity, and renewed purpose. Guided by kindness and compassion, our truly unique retreats thoughtfully combine Reconnective Healing, BIO feedback insights, meditation, and gentle insightful discussions, alongside rest, reflection, and simple luxury. Led by Sri Lankan founder Sujee Dedigama Brill, with over 25 years’ experience in travel, tourism, and wellness, each retreat is carefully crafted using beautiful boutique hotels, exceptional food, and authentic cultural experiences — creating a grounded, meaningful journey of inner renewal.

Each retreat incorporates elements of our core work — helping participants understand the relationship between the mind, thought patterns, and the outcomes they experience in life. Meet the Co-Founders:

Sujee Dedigama Brill

Sujee Dedigama Brill is a co-founder of Brilliant Minds Wellness and brings together a rare blend of professional discipline, human understanding, and deep compassion. With over 30 years of experience across aviation, corporate training, and holistic wellness, Sujee has spent her career supporting people in high-pressure environments — helping them perform, communicate, and care for their wellbeing.

After many years in senior leadership roles within international aviation, Sujee developed a strong passion for mental wellness, stress management, and personal development. Since 1998 she has worked in the wellness space, delivering coaching, CBT-informed tools, energy healing, meditation and relaxation practices, and transformational programs for individuals and organisations. She is also an accomplished presenter and motivational speaker, recognised for her calm presence, clarity, and ability to create safe, supportive spaces for meaningful change.

Sujee’s approach is deeply informed by her own life journey. At the age of thirteen, a near-death drowning experience profoundly shifted her understanding of life and sparked a lifelong exploration into consciousness, wellbeing, and inner balance. Guided by respected teachers, monks, and mentors over many years, she has developed a grounded understanding of how alignment between mind, heart, and awareness supports healing, clarity, and resilience.

At the core of Sujee’s work is a belief that true transformation happens when people reconnect with themselves in a calm, coherent, and compassionate way. Her coaching style is practical, drawing on deep listening, presence, and a strong instinctive awareness that helps clients uncover insight, restore balance, and move forward with confidence. Her passion is to gently guide others toward greater clarity, wellbeing, and their own highest potential — always with care, integrity, and respect.

Nigel Brill

Nigel Brill is the co-founder of Brilliant Minds Wellness, bringing with him a unique combination of real-world experience, personal transformation, and a deep interest in understanding how the mind shapes the life we experience.

Over a career spanning more than 35 years in international banking and finance, Nigel worked in senior sales and relationship management roles across London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and now Sri Lanka. His professional life was fast-paced and often demanding, navigating the pressures of global financial markets, complex client relationships, and major life transitions including career changes, relocations, and redundancies. These experiences, combined with the responsibilities of family life and fatherhood, gave Nigel a profound appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the emotional challenges many people quietly carry while trying to succeed in the modern world.

Like many professionals, Nigel spent long periods of his life operating on “autopilot,” driven by responsibility, ambition, and expectation. Yet from a very young age he was also deeply curious about the bigger questions of life — fascinated by the planets and the wider universe, and often wondering about the deeper meaning behind why we are here and what shapes our experiences. Looking back, Nigel sees this curiosity as the beginning of a lifelong journey to understand the relationship between our inner world and the lives we create.

About fifteen years ago, during a particularly demanding period of his career, Nigel discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy. What began as a chance encounter became a turning point. Within a few sessions he experienced a profound shift in his own wellbeing, which opened the door to a deeper exploration of the mind, personal development, and the ways in which our thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns influence the outcomes we experience in life.

This journey of self-discovery gradually helped Nigel understand that many of the challenges people face — anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck — are often linked to unconscious patterns of thinking and belief. Through learning to bring awareness to these patterns and working with more focused, intentional thinking aligned with our deeper values, meaningful change becomes possible.

Today, Nigel brings this blend of practical life experience, empathy, and personal insight into his work with clients. His particular interest lies in supporting people navigating life transitions — whether related to career pressures, redundancy, identity, family responsibilities, or the search for greater purpose and balance.

Nigel is passionate about helping people who, like him, may have spent years feeling weighed down by stress, insecurity, or the constant demands of life. His work focuses on helping clients step back from the noise of the “monkey mind,” gain clarity about what is really happening within, and begin creating positive, lasting change.

At the heart of Nigel’s approach is a simple belief: when we understand our minds more clearly, we begin to change the direction of our lives.

At Brilliant Minds Wellness, our work is rooted not only in helping people find clarity and wellbeing, but also in the belief that we should contribute positively to the world around us. We are deeply grateful for the teachers, communities, and organisations that have supported our own journeys, and we feel it is important to honour that support by giving back.

For this reason, Sujee and Nigel commit to contributing 20% of our net proceeds each month to charitable causes that have played a meaningful role in our lives and in the lives of many others. These include organisations such as the Jethavanarama Monastery https://www.jethavanarama.org and the Vimukthi Foundation - https://www.vimukthifoundation.org, Prithipura - www.prithipura.org, all in Sri Lanka along with the global Art of Living Foundation https://www.artofliving.org, which all dedicate their work to spiritual development, wellbeing, and the support of communities. From time to time, we also extend our support to other worthy causes, including helping individuals in need with medical expenses or other forms of assistance.

At the end of each month, we will therefore organise a payment with gratitude — in the goodwill and merit of these donations. In this way, everyone who works with Brilliant Minds Wellness becomes part of a shared act of generosity and service.
